most of my songs are about society sucking...anybody else retreating?

so lucky to be me
was suicidal most of my life
didn't understand what was goin down in my mind
did the opposite of what "they" told me
happier over here, alone but right

locked in this car, not used to that level of protection
this car cares more about me than i do
i dig this music that i play even if it isn't very good

everything being the way that it is, excuses per usual
a different kinda bulimia
world watchers diet
when i think about the world i don't wanna eat
can't help but retreat
