24th March 2022 Biden states that there will be food shortages

How is it, that these people can play God, and push any button they please and not worry about the effects it will cause further down the line.
Shortages of baby formula also. Food shortages mean hunger, mean businesses, families collapsing. Mean riots, mean danger. It's a domino effect.
Would it by chance have anything to do with the saying that food can give you full control?
