Biden's ability to lead a country..

He has no idea which planet he is on. Why is it, that a person like him, ho clearly doesn't control anything, sits as a theoretical leader of one of the largest countries in the world? Is it so he can be easily lead to do what he is told to do? The outcome of this is that Americans will suffer, as they have a leader who has no grasp on what is going on. Hard to fix a problem if you are incapable of seeing one..
