Lies from Valentino Valet Parking SVC hired through Level by Onni

Company is saying they are not receiving my payment by mail and they have no way to receive mail when I have video of mail being on the counter this company operates. They are saying that instead of being able to mail them a payment I have to walk the mail to the facility and give them a check in their hands personally. This causes my payments to be late and forces me to take time off from work, go to a bank and hand deliver a payment. The company LEVEL, by Onni, refuses to give them mail. I am parking in their area but Valentino Valet Parking, Mohssene Chennouf, advise that they are contracted out through Level, by Onni, to handle the valet parking for this facility however they are unable to receive USPS or courier mail there. I told him I was going to have a courier drop off the check and they agreed in the video but for some reason they are unable to receive USPS mail.
