This was a Goodwill purchase - a 1950s kid's toy sewing machine. It's all-metal construction and had a simple mechanism, but it's an actual machine and super fun to watch it run. When I got it, the power cord was shredded and the operation was questionable. Definitely needed a good clean and lube, and a belt. In this video, we'll check out the inner mechanism and see if it actually sews.
