Luigi's Mansion 3 is an action-adventure video game published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. Luigi's Mansion 3 is the sequel to Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and Luigi's Mansion 3 is the third installment in the Luigi's Mansion series. Luigi's Mansion 3 was released on October 31, 2019.

Luigi's Mansion 3 sees players taking on the role of Luigi who must explore a haunted high-rise hotel. Luigi's Mansion 3 incorporates different themes on each floor. Luigi must rescue his friends from the ghosts that inhabit the hotel in Luigi's Mansion 3.
