* 1/2 Cup (76g) Bobs Red Mill Whole Wheat Flour
* 3 Chips Ahoy Original Cookies

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Spray a microwave-safe mug with 0 cal cooking oil.
2. Mash banana with a fork until smooth.
3. Add egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, Stevia powder, collagen protein, flour.
4. Crush up Chips Ahoy cookies. Sprinkle in and stir everything together.
4. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
