Stretching is an important part of any exercise program. We sit and drive so many hours during the day that our hips get very tight. However, not only do the hips get tight, but the glut muscles start to shut down. Without these muscles doing their job, hips actually get tighter.
This video shows you how to properly stretch the hip flexors and strengthen the butt muscles to get rid of tightness in the hip.
