Borscht with dumplings and strawberries

Borscht with dumplings and strawberries was prepared by our Ukrainian grandmothers in the spring, during the strawberry season.

First, cook the broth with chicken or rooster meat, add potatoes, green beans or beans, cabbage, separately fry onions, carrots, young beets in oil in fried strawberries - it will dissolve in borscht, but will leave sourness and vitamins. Salt, black pepper and herbs.

In the boiled boiled borscht, put dumplings from the dough, which we prepare from yogurt, eggs, flour, a pinch of salt and flour.
