El Paso Police Department stops a car and claims to smell some substance. They pull both driver and rider out of the vehicle. Police are rude and escalate the stop. Police have the passenger sit on the ground, search the car and pressure to passenger to waive his 4th Amendment rights. Police find nothing in the car. At one point an officer almost suggests that sitting on the ground is retaliation for recording the stop.

"This was a routine traffic stop gone wrong. Officer snatches phone from recording then sergeant later gives it back The officers don't explain why they force themselves into the vehicle until after the fact! I was the passenger and asked to Identify myself to which I respectfully declined!"
