The overwhelming majority of transsexuals, who live full time as women, retain male genitalia. This is somewhat less the case in the West than elsewhere, but remains a noticeable phenomenon. So why does it happen? When GRS is free (in some countries) or inexpensive, eg in Thailand, why not go for it? The answer might nt be what you think.
