A teenager in Onondaga County NY (https://youtu.be/7kctvPz-w58) was attacked, robbed and unlawfully detained / arrested by Sheriff Sargeant Scott Clisson after asserting his 4th and 1st Amendment rights. According to Sargeant Clisson, not waiving your constitutional rights upon request is a crime. According to the teenager, "I was left in a cell with handcuffs on behind my back for around 25 minutes. I am Also now aware 148.g is a California penal code not NY..." The teen was eventually released without being charged with anything.
