Jason takes a look at Hadara from Z-Man Games. This is a "civilization" building game where players are drafting cards to increase their wealth, military, culture, food and purple (not sure what the theme is of this one so it is just called purple). This is a 2 to 5 player game that plays in about 45-60 minutes. This is easy to learn, easy to teach and easy to play.
