"So You Want Me To Call The Actual Police??" Essex County Sheriff To Photographer. Lawrence, Mass

I was with Granite State live streams and we came around the corner to a park in Lawrence Massachusetts. That Park is next to a river across from train tracks, an airport and the next to a minimum-security correctional facility. It is a perfect spot to get some great pictures. So we stopped to take some pictures and we had an interaction with the Essex County Sheriff's Department officers in under 10 minutes.
