We don't really know what that title means either, but its something a silly "journalist" said during a self-serving and fake dispatch from the front in Ukraine. There's a lot of people feeding from the trough of misery in Ukraine and using the situation to push agendas. We aren't fooled by any of it and neither are you, which is why you watch the dopest "truther" channel on the net!
