This is in the house of Lords. These guys are not usually on TV but they can override UK government decisions by bending the rules. They can manipulate decisions made by the government to suit the agenda.

Most will forget Prince Charles taking a million dollars bung off Bin Laden family and the majority will oversea that this is a fraud with HSBC & Federal Reserve and UK Government.
