I’m a very visual person, and before BrainGAME felt like chaos, and muddy. There wasn’t a lot of clarity. It felt thick and dense, and I couldn’t see through it. It felt haphazard and I just kept trying one thing after the next to see what might work. I’d keep slipping in the mud and realize what I was doing wasn’t working, but I was stuck and couldn’t get out.

Now I have really embodied this vibrational state of who I am. I’ve really stepped into understanding this, that this physicality of my tangible body is the vessel through which my soul is having an experience. I think a lot of people understand the concept that you have to fill your own cup first, but can’t figure out how. How do I possibly fill my own cup when there are so many things to take care of? BrainGAME shows us the how.

I want BrainGAME to be a household name. Even my kids know the feeling wheel, and my daughter took painter's tape and made a circle on her floor. She wrote ‘sad spot’ on it, so she knows that’s where she can go to feel her feelings and let them move through her. It is my dream for BrainGAME that everyone understands what they’re expressing and that it’s okay to feel. I want the world to understand that you aren’t what you’re feeling.
