Why Did Trump and Pelosi Agree on USMCA Trade Deal?

President Trump has negotiated a replacement to NAFTA, a new trade deal between the United States, Canada, and Mexico called USMCA. And despite impeachment proceedings and fear of giving Trump a win before the 2020 presidential elections, Congressional Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi, have agreed with Trump on the new deal.
