Dallas Cowboys news as the Cowboys have signed Anthony Barr according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo! Barr spent the last seven seasons with the Vikings and was a 4x Pro Bowler from 2015-2018. The signing of Barr is the biggest signing of the NFL offseason so far for the Dallas Cowboys.
