This video goes over the 5 worst exercises you can do for your body and better alternatives to perform.
1.Chest fly on a bench- Do a standing band fly or chest fly on the floor instead.
2.Side bend- Work the obliques with rotation. Try a side plank rotation or plank with knee in and across.
3. Leg extension- Try a split lunge instead.
4.Upright Row- Worst exercises for the shoulders! Try a high pull or face pull instead.
5.Sit up- Opt for a crunch or pallof press instead.
