This clip shows a Seattle Police Officer on a bicycle trying to push past people walking on the sidewalk before attacking a pedestrian from behind and charging him with petty crimes. Seattle's Office of Police Accountability is now conducting an investigation after the clip surfaced on Twitter. OPA Director Andrew Myerberg said that OPA will review available videos and conduct interviews to determine whether SPD policies were violated.

I did not record this video and don’t know who did.
