SLOW SPEED CHALLENGE. ( but it's winter ? )

Monkeybutt created a slow speed challenge over three parking spaces, or 27 feet. It's winter here, and no spaces are even visible...lol. BUT, I found a way to do it. Give this a try !! It's harder than you think !!
