Now the buzzword of “The Hunt for Red October” makes sense. Turn your boat into the incoming torpedo to be hit before it is armed, ready to explode. Project Warp Speed for the vaccine was that change of course, so they were thwarted in their destructive goal. Now they are being exposed.
