Mortgage rates jump higher today after epic run

Mortgage rates up today after major sell-off in mortgage backed securities. I can't pinpoint why the sell-off today, but it definitely stings. We need support in our short-term up-trend tomorrow or we may go back to the previous support area. In the meantime, San Diego is in the top 2 for highest rent prices in metro areas and we saw job openings drop pretty steeply. There wasn't any great news today but we have to take it all in as objectively as possible. Hope this helps. Links below!
