Most Played COD Game... Prove it!

Is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 the best COD ever??? According to a new report, it's the most played COD in the past 6 years. But How? How do they determine this? We don't even have player counts in game to see how many players are playing at a given moment. I'm calling BS and I want them to prove it too me.
