HexClad Pan Review: Does This Hybrid Pan Work?

Today I'm testing out the 12" HexClad hybrid pan to see if it's worth the $130-$155 price tag. I should also mention that HexClad *can* be used on induction cooktops, while Granite Rock cannot.
