My OCD Compulsions Part 2 / OCD In A Grocery Store

I literally cannot buy groceries unless I do it this way!

Seriously thank God my husband likes grocery shopping! I get so overwhelmed with it-Thanks OCD....Grocery shopping is a regular task that is part of everyday life right? This is where OCD becomes a DISORDER. If I cannot purchase groceries in this manner-I will not purchase groceries....This is where the OCD can affect daily living.

Living with OCD is hard, it’s a battle that is constantly challenging you with new struggles.

I thank God everyday that he has given me such an amazing husband to help me through these difficult times.

I hope these little snippets into my life help you to understand OCD a little bit more.
