Mass Exodus from US Defense Department?

The Hill is reporting that there is an ongoing exodus of career bureaucrats from the Defense Department. Apparently people are quitting their jobs faster than President Trump can appoint people to replace them. Trump is reportedly pulling from a very shallow pool of career bureaucrats who would actually accept a position in his administration. This is both good news and bad news. It is good because it shows that bad people don't want to work in this administration, however it is also bad news because the President is apparently trying to hire a lot of bad people.
