Ford Lightning is it the Cybertruck killer? Are rumors of battery capabilities exaggerated??

Ford seems to be giving out either false or misleading information about its capabilities. Why are they exaggerated in social media sites but being down played on the Ford website?

Is Marques Brownlee being mislead by Ford or has he just found some ground breaking information?
