Part 2. Making Cherry Pie filling with Xylitol

INSTRUCTIONS

2 lbs of cherries
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups of Xylitol

Put the cherries into a pot, add xylitol and lemon juice. Slowly mix the xylitol into the cherries as it starts to boil. Lower heat on the stove to medium. Continue stirring the cherries as it cooks. After 30 minutes, turn off the stove and let it cool down before bottling.
