Will China view Pelosi in Taiwan as an act of war?

The speaker of the US congress is not part of the executive branch of the US govt. She has no foreign policy powers, this is purely a measure to put pressure on the Chinese regime. The US cannot afford a war with China. This is perhaps the single worst political blunder of the century.
