Meet a sweet and gentle Irish Wolfhound we met while hiking.

Learn how to make Matt’s pancakes. The same pancakes he makes while we are traveling in our van as well as in our off-grid kitchen at home.

2C Pamela’s Pancake Mix
1/2 C sunflower oil
2 eggs
1C water
3/4C yogurt (we use oat milk yogurt)
2 bananas - smooshed
1/2C chocolate chips
1/2C pecan pieces

Note: All measurements are suggestions - Matt doesn’t measure ingredients.
Add water/liquid so the batter is not runny.
