Now, of the many dragons who have a massive target on their back, the water dragon god Mercphobia… I think… I'm not 100% sure the exact way that it is supposed to be pronounced, but I'm going to go with Mercphobia, which is easily one of the weakest. However, despite how he was not even at half his power when Natsu and Co fought him, he was more than strong enough to lift an entire ocean and that is what I will be calculating today.
