Grounding Day 38 - healthy heart ❤️.
Today on my walk I found a great puddle to walk through. I just couldn’t resist going in it. Did you know that walking barefoot reduces blood viscosity? The lower the viscosity the easier it for blood to flow through the blood vessels and circulate through the body. So make sure you get outside for a barefoot walk, your heart will thank you!
