🔴 Sacramento River Levee Getting Moved

I rode by here the other day, it looks like they are creating a big cove for a marina or lake, I can't tell yet, I do not ride this river much now... after I got my new bike I seem to be riding more and am planning a ride I never did yet and it will be over ten miles just to get down to where I want to get really nice sunsets!!!
