We Need a Vacation from VanLife | Retiring and Traveling Off-Grid in our Ram SHORT-BODY VAN

We left our tropical camp at La Tecla and made a bee-line down the hot and steamy coast. With no reliable wifi for the entire journey, we hoped to upload our overdue videos in the surfer-city of Puerto Escondido.

We’ve bottomed out! It’s really hot and really muggy and we’ve decided to give ourselves a little break from traveling and have a little vacation - complete with eating out at amazing vegetarian restaurants and enjoying a few nights in an air-conditioned hotel room.

Join us as we explore Puerto Escondido - our southern most destination before heading north into the mountains.
