The Bo is much more than what most people think it is. It is a training device for many of the pole-arms used in past warfare. These movements appear in many of the more advanced forms (kata). This is information for those who are serious about their art and its history. The person in the caption photo is my son David.

Karate. The way it was meant to be taught. Not Sport. Learn from a Military Science and Tactics instructor specializing in Individual Tactical Training. There is a difference. We do Seminars worldwide. The details are on our website www.academy-of-ryukyu-kenpo.info. I enjoy teaching people who WANT to learn! With Albert Geraldi's passing, there is only Greg Lindquist and I left from the original bunch. Greg is more of a Kata guy, I'm the fighter and tactics guy. I don't teach that namby-pamby stuff that's passing itself off as Ryukyu Kempo these days.
