Grounding Day 37 - morning dew.
Today I decided to take it easy and do my grounding walk in the grass. It just amazes how soft and cushiony the grass feels compared to the dirty road. I was also enjoying the cool, wet morning dew. It feels so good to start the day grounded. My dogs joined me today too!
