As Texas feuds with the White House over illegal border crossings, the state is bussing over droves of undocumented migrants to Washington, D.C., leaving them homeless.

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser calls the transport "cruel, political gamesmanship," and she's now asking the federal government for help as her city's resources are becoming overwhelmed with migrants with nowhere to live.
