Dr. Tooker is a Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Entomology at Pennsylvania State University. Hear about his research studying relationships among plants, invertebrate herbivores, and natural enemies to understand the factors regulating populations of herbivorous insects and slugs.

Dr. Tooker shares how his team helps farmers observe what is happening in and around their fields while pausing to explore all the possible factors affecting their system. In addition, the long-term goal of his research is to exploit ecological interactions for sustainable insect pest management.
