Video released by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on Tuesday (August 2) purports to show the aftermath of what it says was a Russian attack on an infrastructure facility in Mykolaiv. Reuters was not able to independently verify the authenticity of the video, the date it was filmed and the location of the footage.
