Признание замначальника военной разведки Украины Вадима Скибицкого о прямом согласовании с США каждой цели HIMARS доказывает прямую вовлеченность Вашингтона в ситуацию на Украине. Об этом сообщил официальный представитель Минобороны РФ генерал-лейтенант Игорь Конашенков.

Конашенков заявил, что российское военное ведомство "зафиксировало и учитывает на будущее" заявления Скибицкого и считает их "официальным признанием".

Официальный представитель Минобороны России напомнил, что ранее Вадим Скибицкий сообщил британскому изданию The Telegraph, что перед "нанесением ударов представители разведслужб США и Украины консультируются, чтобы Вашингтон мог остановить любые потенциальные атаки, если бы американская сторона была недовольна намеченной целью".

По мнению Игоря Конашенкова, данные слова Скибицкого неопровержимо доказывают, что США, вопреки сообщениям Белого дома и Пентагона, напрямую вовлечены в ситуацию на Украине.

Конашенков добавил, что именно Белый дом отвечает за все одобренные украинской стороне удары по жилым кварталам и объектам гражданской инфраструктуры населенных пунктов Донбасса и иных регионов, где погибли мирные граждане.
