South Africa's health ammendents, Draconian

In this video I explain the serious ramifications of the ammendents to the health act if passed. The emergency act will become permanent. The minister will be empowered to declare an epidemic, force a lockdown, compel citizens to take any medication or treatment without their consent and no recourse for adequate compensation for adverse events. The terms notifiable and communicable are not clearly defined. There are a number of grey areas which makes these amendments open for exploitation
We could see the return of severe restrictive measures, which could destroy our economy. Businesses may have to shut down, employment would spiral and with it, so will starvation and crime .
The government's blatant failure to engage with citizens and major stakeholders is a major blow for democracy. We have to reject the minister's plans to ensure that our democracy is preserved and protected.
