[Warframe] How to Use Blink Post Empyrean Update Consoles (December 2019)

There seems to be massive confusion over how to use or if blink is even available in Warframe for console players POST Empyrean Update. The answer is, YES, you can and hopefully people can get some clarity on this because even some people and community managers at Digital Extremes are telling people it did not ship with consoles or it not working with controllers. Well funny I got it to work and it was a simple rebind process to actually get the key to function normally.

By default the binding for Blink, Move Down and Dodge are all bound to the L1 bumper on the controller layout. I simply rebinded the key to SQUARE for playstation controllers since it is a dead key for Archwing which i think it X button on Xbox 1 or PC controllers. This rebinding moves dodge (not to be confused with ROLL) off the key which seems to be binding up the function. After you move it off L1, L1 will function as Down/Roll/Blink. To perform each action is straight forward.
1.) Hold L1 = Move Down
2.) Double Tap while move left or right = Barrel Roll
3.) Push forward on thumb stick double tap L1 = Blink
