Modern Warfare | Two Months Out (What's Changed?)

Call of Duty Modern Warfare has now been out for two months, but really what has changed. The game is fully of cosmetic microtransactions (MTX) but the core fundamentals of the game have gone unchanged. Will this draw more players away from the game or is there still time to make this game great?
