Home values are coming down - is the real estate crash finally upon us?

People will tell you that the market crash is "just beginning" but make note for future reference when people think things in financial markets are just beginning, they are usually coming to an end. That doesn't mean the worst is necessarily behind us, although I think it is, but most definitely we would need a LOT more bad news to come out of left field to truly make this market crash. Prices are going down however, not crazily but down nonetheless. Rates for FHA, VA and Conventional loans have come down in recent days and this is fueling some demand coming back to the market.
