Cows belonging to neighobrs in Mt. Sinai area. All cattle in this area live in pastures with abundant green grass. No feed lots so the cows go straight to the slaughterhouse, or you can buy one directly and have it butchered for you. There is always an abundant and healthy meat supply nearby.
