The Lake County Sheriff’s Office has now released video footage consisting of in-car video as well as Body Worn Camera (BWC) video of an Officer Involved in fatal Shooting incident that occurred on December 28th, 2019, near the Dollar General Store in Clearlake Oaks. Additionally, a critical incident debrief has been created and explains the circumstances surrounding Deputy Wesley Besgrove’s encounter with Craig Ellis.
