United States kills al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri in drone strike

The leader of the al-Qaeda terrorist group, Ayman al-Zawahiri is believed to have been killed in a US airstrike.
US media reports Ayman al-Zawahiri died following an attack in Afghanistan over the weekend.
He was one of the world's most wanted terrorists, who played a key role in the 9-11 attacks and took over al-Qaeda following the death of Osama bin Laden.
