The Biden Administration, via the ATF, is creating a gun registry using the records of FFL dealers who have retired from business. In another move they are also trying to overturn federal law that allows FFLs to destroy gun transaction records after twenty years. These two very distinct moves are creating a national gun registry in violation of federal law.
